To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim or ₹100, whichever is lower.

12. Force Majeure

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet failures, server issues, cyberattacks, government actions, war, pandemic, or any other force majeure event.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
